Loaded Mashed Potatoes

These are very creamy mashed potatoes! My favorite part is the cream cheese. This loaded mashed potato casserole would be great to bring to a family gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 medium russet Potatoes boiled
  • cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon garlic
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Seasonings: cayenne pepper, thyme, dill, cajun, salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • After potatoes are boiled, mash them with a potato masher. Add all other ingredients, stirring between each one. Placed into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Can add extra butter and cheese to the top to make it look more ascetically pleasing.
  • Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes. Serve your Loaded Mashed Potatoes warm.
