- 4 cups beef broth

- 4 uncooked lasagna noodles broken in bite sized pieces
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, begin frying the sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Once mostly browned, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is clear.
